I have an orthodontic practice in Foster City and an orthodontic practice in Fremont. I see patients two days per week in each location. On the days that I do not see patients in one location, that location is vacant. Both of my practices are well suited for a pediatric dentist as they each have four open-bay dental operatories and one quiet-room operatory (you can get an idea of the design and esthetics of my offices if you visit my website, braceyourself.com, go to the “About Us” tab and select “Office Tours”).
I am interested in either subleasing (one or both of my locations) to a pediatric dentist or to enter into a partnership agreement with a pediatric dentist.
The sublease option would allow the prospective pediatric dentist to start his/her practice without having to incur any expenses for a buildout and also pay 50% less rent. The sublessee would have access to the practice on the days that I do not see patients. He/she will have his/her own telephone number and telephone line.
The partnership option would grant the prospective pediatric dentist the opportunity to start his/her practice with essentially no cost. If you are interested in this option, I will be more than glad to provide you with a detailed proposal.
