Board Certified or 'planning to' Board Certify Pediatric Dentist.
I can offer the Associate 2 days a week to start out...and I definitely need the associate to be able to work on Fridays . The Associate can work at any other practice they see fit to make more $$, and over the years the Associate can pick up more days in my office as the need arises.
This opportunity offers the Associate great flexibility - to either work full time by working in my practice and another practice, or to only work part-time if that's desirable at any time. Then as partnership time arises, the opportunity is there to work 3-4 days a week easy.
With partnership will come a cool rebranding opportunity of the office so the new partner can feel like both doctors have had a hand in the new image of the office moving forward...
1) I will need the Associate to be able to work Fridays, routinely and consistently. 8-3pm. This may take a few months...maybe up to 6 months as hygiene recall patients start to schedule into Fridays...but I know this move is the next logical step for my office to be more available to patients.
2) To treat operative patients in a more timely manner.
3) Help establish an IV sedation day protocol one Friday a month where we can shuffle IV sedation patients.
