Pediatric Practices Available in Texas and Oklahoma

Two fantastic pediatric practices available: one in Dallas, Texas and one in Tulsa, Oklahoma. 

The Dallas practice is  visibly located in a free-standing building in a densely populated area near several elementary and middle schools. The practice has two operatories in an open-bay concept, one operatory in a private exam room, plus two additional rooms plumbed. The total active patient count over the last eighteen months is 1,310, and the practice is averaging 23 new patients per month. Annual gross collections in 2019 were $424,822 with 49% PPO patients and 51% Medicaid patients .

The Tulsa practice is located in a 4,500 square feet free standing building (also for sale) with eight total operatories as well as two that are plumbed but not equipped. The practice has one operatory that is used as a quiet room (equipped with all patient monitoring equipment) for sedation cases.  The active patient count  is 1,572, and the practice is averaging 16 new patients per month. The patient base is 95% PPO and 5% FFS with 2019 annual gross collections totaling $612,015.
