Pediatric Dentist

We are a busy and growing mission-driven pediatric dental practice in Westchester County. Our practice has succeeded on the principal that all children should have access to specialized pediatric dental care. We are in-network with a variety of insurance providers and our offices are designed to be inclusive, caring, and fun.

Our workflow model is centered on recall visits that are mainly managed by our outstanding hygienists. This allows our dentists to focus on operative cases. We have a strong team of well-trained dental assistants and we maintain a skilled administrative staff to handle all scheduling, billing, and customer service in-house.

We pay based on collections and offer a reasonable daily rate to support your income needs from day 1. Successful associates have consistently earned $1,500 to $2,000 per day. This position is for a W2 employee and we require an employment contract to be in place. We cannot bring on independent contractors.

We have taken Covid-19 very seriously and have multiple layers of risk mitigation in place. We perform daily symptom screening upon clocking in, frequently cleaning, air filtration, aerosol suction, and UV disinfection. Our staff are all using respirators and providers have access to several types of PAPR hoods to suite their preference. Many of our staff members are already vaccinated against Covid-19 and we are shooting for 100% compliance.
