We are searching for a pediatric associate dentist to join a successful, well-established pediatric dental office in Palos Heights, located 45 minutes southwest of Chicago. Palos Pediatric Dentistry, PC is an incredible fee-for-service suburban pediatric dental practice that is growing and expanding into a new state-of-the-art facility.  The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering great care to both kiddos and their parents and works well in a team-first environment. You will have the opportunity to thrive in our busy office, performing exceptional dentistry and helping our patients achieve great oral health.  Owner dentist will offer mentorship to help support our new associate dentist.

Associate can hold staff membership at Advocate Christ Medical center as well as have access to in-office anesthesia for patients with special healthcare needs, complex dental needs and/or anxiety that prohibits care to be delivered in the conventional dental setting.

We offer generous compensation, including medical, dental, vision insurance and a 401(k) with matching contributions.  We want the best for our patients, which means recruiting and retaining excellent associates.  We are a referral-based fee-for-service practice.  We do great dentistry and our patients reward us with their referrals of friends, family, and neighbors.

Currently offering full-time or flexible part-time hours leading to full-time! We are offering our associate pediatric dentist an initial guaranteed minimum, transitioning to a generous production-based salary.
