Kangaroo Smiles is a 2 location Pediatric Dental private practice that is looking for an associate to join our team!! Our Offices are located about 30 minutes outside of Boston in the towns of Lowell and Methuen.  We have been open for over 6 years, and both offices are well established with full schedules. 

We have an excellent reputation online, and in the community.  We have a large and well trained staff that is easy to work with and that provide a fun and organized work environment for the doctor.  We are focused on quality work and customer service. This is a wonderful working and learning environment for our providers.  Lots of opportunity for mentorship and growth.

Compensation:

Guaranteed base of $1300 per day, 45% collection bonus. Associates can easily make over $350,000 a year.

We see private pay and insurance patients.

General Anesthesia cases are done weekly with our in office anesthesiologist.

Benefits- Malpractice both group and individual, Health insurance, $1,000 CE, PTO, and Student Loan repayment assistance based on longevity with the company.
