Feeling overwhelmed and underappreciated? Our privately owned Pediatric practice focuses on excellent personalized patient care, not churning out numbers. We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Pediatric Dentist for a Part-Time Associate position (opportunity for full-time is available if the “fit” is right). Our well-established, primarily fee-for-service practice has been serving children in our community since 1986 (with updated technology and most recently renovated in 2016). We need a motivated doctor with a high standard of care that mirrors the excellent reputation we have earned over the years. The business and clinical staff are fully-trained, supportive, and operate in a team-driven manner promoting a smooth work flow. We allow blocked time between op and recall patients to assure the doctor has time to be thorough and provide their absolute best work on every patient.  This allows you to provide optimal care while avoiding the feeling of burnout from being overworked.

• Monday and Friday hours are 8AM to 1:30PM, conducive to you having an enjoyable start and end to your work week. These are the days and hours we are most urgently looking to fill. (Opportunity for Wednesday 8AM to 5:30PM is also readily available.)
• Must be certified Pediatric Dentist (ABPD Diplomate or on-track to achieve ABPD Diplomate status / “Board Eligible” is preferred but not required); recent graduates from residency programs are welcome. Experience out of residency is preferred.
• Guaranteed daily minimum with generous percentage of your production on operative procedures and exams
