My name is Jeff Rhodes and I am the Chief Dental Officer at Smile Shoppe Pediatric Dentistry.  I represent a multilocation group practice of pediatric dentists in Northwest Arkansas and we are looking for another Board Eligible or Board Certified Pediatric Dentist to join our team of Superhero dentists.  We are not a DSO, and currently have four locations in Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers and Bentonville, Arkansas.  

Our vision is to create a movement of joyful smiling faces on people within our spheres of influence.  My personal mission is to mentor pediatric dentists to practice in a comprehensive and compassionate way, and to develop future leaders by leveraging my influence through dental, community and ministry initiatives.

Our group offers competitive pay and benefits and is oriented toward mentoring pediatric dentist to reach their full potential.  We have a tiered pay system that includes a daily guarantee for new dentists and a tiered collections program with top tiers receiving up to 40%.  Our benefits include office-paid health insurance and 401k with a match.  We offer traditional pediatric restorative, cosmetic procedures, oral sedation, IV sedation (coming soon), hospital dentistry and early and comprehensive ortho.  I am confident in my ability to help a new pediatric dentist learn the skills needed to comprehensively treat patients and how to have a financially and emotionally rewarding career.
