In this position, dental assistants work in a clinical expanded function capacity. performing a higher level, scope complexity and variety representing the clinical assignments, and applies advanced clinical skills. Work is above full-performance level for more routine patient care and perform some complex patient procedures under general supervision of more experienced dental assistants/dentists.
