The Lead Dental Assistant will be assigned to Dental Service at the Fayetteville VA Health Care System, Wilmington HCC. This position primarily involves supervisory, managerial and practical responsibilities within the Dental Service. The incumbent is a consultant to the Dental Assistant Supervisor, Chief and Assistant Chiefs in all administrative matters, and provides viable options to management in various managerial matters as appropriate.
