1+ years of previous experience working as an Orthodontist
Experience treating a diverse range of ages both Pediatric and Adult patients.
DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
Certificate of completion of a residency from an accredited post-graduate Orthodontic Program
Current OR State Dental License or eligibility to obtain
