Our team is searching for a pediatric dentist who has a joyful spirit and is passionate about taking care of children. Experience is welcomed, but collaboration and mentorship from our owner dentist is also available. The pediatric dentist will have full autonomy in their case selections and treatment planning. We are focused on being up to date with current research and learning new techniques in pediatric dentistry to provide our patients with the best possible care. We believe in quality over quantity. We offer in-office deep sedation and hospital-based general anesthesia. Our new colleague must exhibit exceptional people skills while being able to work well with a team. We are known for our fun environment, genuineness and compassion toward our patients and their families. Our patients leave excited to come back! We strive to make our dental office feel like a dental home. 

Job Requirements

• Graduated with a D.M.D. or D.D.S. from an accredited university
• Licensed in the state of Michigan, or eligible to be licensed in the state of Michigan
• Completion of residency from an accredited pediatric residency program
• Have board certification completed or in-progress
• Upholds a positive and charismatic chairside manner
• Maintains a strong dedication and commitment to quality patient care
• Strongly values continuing education and personal development

West Coast Pediatric Dentistry is a private pediatric dental practice located in the beautiful West Michigan area, in the city of Norton Shores. We are currently a solo doctor practice with a fabulous team consisting of 2 receptionists, 3 assistants and 2 hygienists. We are looking to grow our practice. We provide sedation dentistry options ranging from nitrous oxide, in-office deep/IV sedation and general anesthesia at a local hospital.
