We are a fun and innovative pediatric dental and orthodontic office seeking a passionate and dedicated part-time pediatric dentist to join our rapidly expanding team!
What Makes Us Unique:
We provide comprehensive care for ages 0-18, orthodontics for all ages, and special needs dentistry, with a focus on the autism community.
Our practice emphasizes preventive dentistry and offers minimally invasive treatments such as SDF, Curodont, Hall crown technique, soft tissue laser treatments (including TOTs releases with LightScalpel laser), nitrous oxide sedation, and in-house IV sedation with a medical anesthesiologist.
We are a strictly FFS/PPO office, currently accepting only two insurances, with plans to transition to a full FFS model.
Role Details:
The first three months of your role will focus on treatment planning, exams, and mentorship to ensure a smooth integration into our team and patient care philosophy. Following this mentorship period, you will transition into hands-on patient care with our growing patient base.

Active New Jersey Dental License (DMD/DDS): Must hold a current and valid dental license in New Jersey.
Malpractice Insurance: Must carry active malpractice insurance.
Commitment to minimally invasive and preventive dentistry: Willing to adopt our practice philosophy and learn techniques like SDF, Curodont, and the Hall crown technique, as well as laser treatments.
Work days: Thursdays (9 am - 5 pm), with the option to open additional days for the right candidate.
Mentorship phase: Willing to dedicate the first three months to treatment planning, exams, and mentorship before transitioning to full patient care.
Strong organizational and time management skills: Ability to efficiently manage patient care and treatment planning.
Special needs dentistry experience (preferred): Experience working with patients with special needs, particularly the autism community, is a plus.
