Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Pediatric Dentist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position would begin with one day a week and has the potential to increase over time.
This role is an exceptional opportunity for a pediatric dentist who is passionate about delivering high-quality dental care to children, while working alongside a supportive and experienced team.
What We Offer:
Minimum daily guarantee (for the initial support period) of $1200 per day or 30% of collections whichever is higher A supportive and collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including diagnostic, preventive, and restorative services. Ensure a positive and gentle dental experience for every child, fostering a friendly and reassuring atmosphere. Collaborate with our dental team to develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Maintain accurate and detailed dental records. Adhere to the highest standards of patient care and ethical practices. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our practice.
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Valid state dental license (or ability to obtain one in Idaho). Pediatric Dentistry specialty training and certification. Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on patient comfort and care. Strong commitment to professional development and staying current with new technologies and practices in pediatric dentistry.

As a child, Dr. P loved going to the dentist so much that she would try to get cavities just so she could go back. Her dentist cared for her, remembered her, and had a fun atmosphere. She grew up wanting to create that same environment and experience for every child she serves. With fun colors and bright smiles, she wants children to love each visit and beg their parents to come back.
Pursuing education
A Board Certified Pediatric dentist, Dr. Alexis Phillips graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia with her undergraduate degree in biology. She continued her education at The Dental College of Georgia where she graduated with her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. While pursuing her doctorate, she was inducted into the national dental honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU). She knew she wanted to work with children and completed her pediatric dental residency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, currently ranked the #1 children’s hospital in the country.
