The Pediatric Dentist provides specialized dental care for children

and adolescents, including preventive treatment, restorative

procedures, and dental trauma management. They create a child-

Board Certified Requirement: Applicants should be board certified or eligible.

Foreign Medical Graduates considered: Yes, if board eligible pediatric dentist.

Minimum Required Experience: New graduates welcome if the correct candidate. Preferred: 1-5

years.

Office Information:

Office Hours: Mon (8-5), Tue (8-5), Wed (8-5), Thu (8-5), Fri (8-12)

Flexible Hours Offered: Prefer a 4.5-day work week

Minimum Required Hours per week: 36 (Patient Contact hours: 36, Administrative hours: 0)

Current wait time for new patients: 4-20 weeks for new patient appointments, 4-6 weeks for referral

evaluations, 4 weeks for treatment

Patient Population: 50% fee-for-service, 50% Medicaid (for treatment only, not continuing care)

New Patient Scheduling: New providers will receive the majority of new patients

Year 1 Salary Range: $280,000 - $320,000

Signing Bonus Range: TBD

exceptional patient care over money)

Year 2 Salary Range: $280,000 - $320,000

Production Bonus Range: $0 - $200,000

Year 2 Total Income Potential: $550,000

Vacation Time Offered: 10 days/year, no rollover

CME Time Off: 2 days
