Sweet Tooth began in 2019. Our business model is doctor owned and doctor led. We are privately owned with no private equity, corporate or DSO influence or affiliation. We are a dual specialty practice focused on pediatric dentistry and orthodontics. Our pediatric dentistry fuels our orthodontics; parents love that we offer both needs based specialty services. It creates a special synergy of referrals and optimal patient experiences with high return recalls. The two specialties are constantly referring treatment back and forth, which allows for incredible patient care and outcomes.

The next pediatric dentist to join our team will spend 2 days per week at our Lee's Summit office (with an opportunity to buy in) and travel amongst he other offices as needed along with appx 1 day of sedation per week.

Associate Path (2-3 year)

We are looking for an incredible personality and pediatric dentist who wants to be part of a growing, fully supported and thriving pediatric dental practice that will allow one to focus on doing great pediatric dentistry and continual care. Mentorship, if needed or desired is certainly something that can be provided.

Partnership Path (~12 months)

If partnership it is right for you, we would like to pursue an associateship position for the first ~12 month and after said period of time, partner on an existing pediatric dental practice. We believe in treating our staff and docs with fairness and value, therefore any buy-in partnership would be established upon your arrival, as opposed to a valuation at the time of buy-in.

Our pediatric dentist (Spring 2026) will enjoy:

• Current pedo doc associates working 4.5 days/wk are making over $500,000/year
• Current pedo doc  owners working 4.5 days/wk are making over $700,000/year

• Buy-in opportunity as full partner (Cannot do with Corporate or Private Equity Partners)
• Relocation assistance (if needed)
