Oak Dental Partners: Growing Together, Changing Lives
At Oak Dental Partners, we are more than just a dental service organization (DSO)—we are a team dedicated to supporting and empowering dental practices nationwide. With several dozen partner locations across the country, our mission is simple: to help your practice create positive, life-changing impacts by enhancing smiles, boosting confidence, and improving the overall health of your patients.
Our expertise lies in acquiring, managing, and developing pediatric and family dental practices, ensuring a seamless flow of patients while maintaining an efficient, well-run administrative backbone. We take care of the business side of things, allowing you, the practice owner, to focus entirely on delivering exceptional clinical care. Beyond that, we help you expand your offerings, typically by adding in-demand specialties such as orthodontics and oral surgery. This means your patients can receive all the care they need under one roof, and your practice can reach a broader client base.
Our Journey
Founded in 2015 as Children & Teen Dental Group, we’ve built a reputation for creating welcoming, successful practice environments. ...Today, we proudly support over two dozen partner locations across nine distinct brands, and we’d love to explore how we can help your practice grow.
What Makes Oak Dental Partners Unique?
Three key elements set us apart: partnership, autonomy, and values. While traditional DSOs follow a model where founding dentists lose ownership, becoming employees overnight, we offer something different: a true partnership.
You retain equity in your practice and continue operating under your own brand, while we provide the support to keep your practice thriving. Your existing team remains intact, and most importantly, you maintain full control over clinical decisions.
Our Core Values Drive Us Forward
At Oak Dental Partners, our core values form the foundation of everything we do. We are committed to fostering a positive, collaborative environment that brings out the best in every team member, helping achieve a healthy work-life balance while delivering outstanding care to patients. We take pride in always doing the right thing and building strong, value-driven relationships.
