What You'll Experience Here:

• Flexible Schedule: Work a traditional M-F 8-5 schedule or enjoy 3 extended-hour days (30 hours/week) with no weekends.

• Streamlined Operations: You'll be joining a 2-doctor practice with 12 modern operatories, 2 hygienists, and 2 assistants per doctor column.

• Strong Patient Flow: Average production per doctor per day is $4,000+.

• Excellent Compensation: Earn 32-33% of Net Production, with initial six-month income support between $850-$900/day.

• Cutting-Edge Technology: Work with Overjet dental AI and SprintRay 3D printing for enhanced diagnostics and workflow precision.

• Time to Treat: We prioritize quality over quantity. You'll have ample time with each patient to build trust and deliver lasting care.

• Growth & CE Support: Enjoy a paid 18-month clinical onboarding program with over 100 CE credits. Separate Mastery Classes also available in areas such as Implantology and Advanced Endodontics.
