Your Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive pediatric dental care, including preventive, restorative, emergency, and sedation-based treatments.

• Conduct exams, interpret x-rays, diagnose issues, and design treatment plans tailored to young patients.

• Deliver behavior guidance, education, and oral hygiene instruction to both children and caregivers.

• Administer dental sedation and general anesthesia safely and in accordance with protocols.

• Collaborate closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff to manage patient flow, charting, and follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate records compliant with HIPAA and clinic standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the clinic’s growth and excellence.

• DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited dental school.

• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency 

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Oregon.

• Certified in nitrous sedation; additional sedation training a plus.

• CPR/BLS certified; DEA registration desirable.

• Skilled in pediatric dental procedures and behavior management.

• Excellent communicator and empathetic with children and families.
