We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a gentle touch, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a commitment to delivering outstanding pediatric dental care. You will provide comprehensive care—including diagnosis, treatment, and education—tailored specifically to children and adolescents.
Compensation Highlights:
Guaranteed minimum compensation of $1,400 per clinical day
Bonus based on collections
Partnership opportunities within a doctor-owned dental health system
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including screening, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Perform pediatric dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, pulpotomies, frenectomies, and sealants, ensuring patient comfort and safety
Educate children and parents on preventive care and effective oral hygiene practices
Collaborate with orthodontists, specialists, and healthcare providers as needed to deliver comprehensive care
Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry through continuing education
Create a welcoming, fear-free environment using behavior management techniques and sedation when appropriate
