LPDA was founded in 1985 and has continued to expand and thrive as a staple in the community.  Our associates work a 4 day work week (no weekends) with a great schedule that helps to decrease some of the stress that comes with Pediatric Dentistry.  We offer a percent of Adjusted Production OR Daily Minimum, whichever is greater, as well as Medical, Dental, Vision, CE Reimbursement and 401K benefits.  We are privileged to have an in-house Dental Anesthesiologist (tube placed, no open airway) as well as access to the OR at local hospitals.  We also have an in-house Orthodontist that is willing to provide same day consults to aid in definitive treatment planning for our patients as well as local oral surgeons that are willing to see very young children, when needed.  We have a fantastic patient parent population that loves to learn and will actually implement recommended changes at home.  Strong communication skills is an absolute must for this position.  

Lancaster, PA is a gem with lots of big city offerings, without the big city traffic.  We have a vibrant downtown with excellent food, live music, events, markets and have easy access to  major cities.
