About us: The practice is a non-corporate fee for service pediatric dental practice that has been providing specialized dental care for over 18 years.  Our team of hygienists, expanded function dental assistants, assistants and support staff led by Dr. Mertes work together to support each other to provide compassionate comprehensive dental care.

Required qualifications: graduate from an accredited dental school and pediatric dental residency, board certified or board eligible in pediatric dentistry, and have a license to practice in Ohio.

Compensation Package: guaranteed daily minimum salary, paid vacation, professional dues, CE allowance, malpractice insurance, 401K / profit sharing with match.
