The Supervisory Dental Hygienist is responsible for the supervision, administrative management and direction of the dental hygienists at the Datapoint Dental Clinic, Audie L. Murphy (ALM) Dental Clinic, Randolph Dental Clinic and North West Health Care Clinic (NWHCC). The candidate at this grade level is a senior-level clinical practitioner in assigned areas. The higher duties consist of significant scope, complexity and range of variety and are performed at least 20% of the time. Typical duties include preparing work assignments, monitoring clinical performance of dental hygienist conducting performance appraisals, and other clinical and administrative responsibilities to ensure that the mission of the service and the medical center has been satisfied. The supervisor assures compliance w
