I’m looking for the right board eligible/certified pediatric dentist to join my team at Kidsteethonly Pediatric Dentistry in New Hartford, NY (just outside Utica).
My amazing current associate is moving closer to family — so you’d be stepping into a full, thriving schedule in a single doctor-owned, private practice that truly values quality care without provider burnout.
This position is perfect for someone who wants an ideal place to raise a family. Great schools, safe/friendly neighborhoods, and affordable cost of living with small city amenities. The New Hartford Central School District consistently ranks among the top 20% of public districts in New York State, with its high school in the top 5% statewide. As an owner and dad of 2 children, I really value a good work-life balance and would love an associate with the same values!
We’re a little new school and a little old school at Kidsteethonly. We’re equipped with SOAN local anesthesia device, Sprig anterior zirconia crowns, and LightScalpel CO? laser for frenectomies and have OR access with GA in the brand new WYNN hospital in Utica, NY. We have both rubber dam and dryshield, SDF, N2O, SSCs, resins, GI, PAN, PSP plates. We don’t do OCS, in-office sedation, or advanced orthodontics currently. We also have a relationship with the local GPR St. Lukes Dental Residency Program, so there is a unique opportunity to be a part time volunteer attending there if desired.
We’re looking for the right person to join us between April and August 2026, so plenty of time to plan your move or transition from residency.

1. Since we can give a personal touch, we can structure pay with either a salary or daily minimum/% production depending on your needs and desires.
2. We offer medical benefits, PTO, 401K, malpractice/licensure coverage, CE/organized dentistry coverage, and mentorship (if desired). Relocation costs can also be negotiated for the right person.
3. You get to decide how YOU want to practice. I'm concerned with gold standard quality care, not meeting production numbers/quotas. I want to support your provider autonomy in any way possible.
