Well established pediatric dental practice in rapidly growing Overland Park, KS looking for an associate to join our team! 

Full time position to work 4-5 days/week providing high quality compassionate dental care to the children of our community.  Option to be "Employee" or "Independent Contractor" Anticipated start date July 2022

Responsibilities:

  • Direct patient care
  • Diagnose, treatment plan and treat dental disease
  • Review Charts
  • Consult with other specialists
  • Oversee auxiliary staff
  • Market Practice
  • Ensure highest level of quality of care and customer service
  • Solving Problems

Requirements:

  • DDS/DMD
  • Completed (or completing) Pediatric Dental Residency
  • ABPD Diplomat or planned within year of hire
  • BLS & PALS
  • Outgoing, Personable, Honest, Open with a Good mix of Confidence and Humility

Compensation:

  • Competitive pay structure
    • Guaranteed minimum
    • % of Associates Collections (will include hygiene, x-rays, operative and other ancillaries)
  • Benefits Package for "Employee" or increased compensation if "Independent Contractor"
