Alden Bridge Pediatric Dentistry, a premier fee-for-service pediatric dental practice in the affluent community of The Woodlands, Texas, is seeking a passionate, energetic, and like-minded Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Dentist who is excited to practice dentistry differently—combining advanced technology, whole-child care, and exceptional patient experiences.
Position Type & Schedule
Full-Time Pediatric Dentist
4–5 days per week with a consistent, predictable schedule
Practice Overview
Our practice is designed to allow Pediatric Dentists to focus on high-quality care in a supportive, collaborative environment. You will serve as a primary restorative provider while utilizing advanced technology to deliver efficient, minimally invasive treatment.
Technology and tools include:
Laser dentistry for no-shot, minimally invasive restorations
CBCT imaging
iTero digital scanning
Isolite system and air polishers
In addition to clinical dentistry, you will receive personalized mentorship and in-depth training in Pediatric Airway Dentistry, learning to identify and treat sleep-disordered breathing in children. Our whole-child model is supported by:
A large infant frenectomy practice
Two on-staff International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs)
An in-house Myofunctional Therapist

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care to infants, children, and adolescents
Perform restorative, preventive, and limited surgical pediatric dental procedures
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fun, welcoming environment
Educate families on oral health, airway development, and preventive strategies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support whole-child health
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with all clinical and regulatory standards
Requirements
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatric Dentistry
Active or eligible Texas dental license
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for pediatric dentistry
Interest in airway-focused and whole-child care (training provided)
