18 year old, single location pediatric dental private practice in Ballantyne/South Park area of Charlotte, North Carolina seeking a pediatric dentist or a general dentist (that limits their practice to pediatrics) for an excellent opportunity. Join our amazing team in our 8-chair space!  We have an open hygiene bay with 5 chairs and 3 quiet rooms for restorative and soft tissue laser treatment.  We have a strong patient base that continues to grow in a city with unstoppable growth! 

We offer all the 'typical' pediatric dental services but also have 'newer' technology that includes a  Light Scalpel soft tissue CO2 laser and affiliation with an orthodontic office, Braces by Bird, that has a CBCT.  We are a 'regular' pediatric dental practice with focus on oral hygiene and restorative work but, in addition, we are an AIRWAY focused practice providing state-of-the-art pediatric dental care for infants thru age 18.  Airway unaware but curious? No problem!  Learn from Dr. Bird - a dual trained airway focused pediatric dentist and orthodontist. 

Compensation as an associate is dependent on experience - new grads welcome - but includes a guaranteed base dependent on experience, starting at minimum of $1300 per day for new grad or $1500 per day with experience. Bonuses paid on 35% of collections on restorative procedures, exams, and nitrous charges plus 20% on hygiene procedures - prophies, fluoride treatments, sealants, x-rays and space maintainers.  Paid malpractice, paid health insurance, paid vision insurance and a 401(k) with match (after 1 year of employment).  You choose to work 2-4 days per week.  Previous associates have earned more than $450k in a year working 4 days a week!

Charlotte has a wonderful climate, great new public schools nearby, unstoppable growth in a bank- centered town, and is a short drive to both the beach and the mountains.
