I am an orthodontist and am seeking a pediatric dentist to open an office and share space with me in the majestic mountain setting of Steamboat Springs, Colorado.  Total square footage is 2309 and will accommodate 2 private ops and a 3-chair bay.  Steamboat once had a successful pediatric practice but ended up closing due to doctor moving.  Due to how recently this happened the community is still seeking a place for their children and, in my opinion, will be a much quicker start-up due to existing goodwill.  

The office is located in a Medical Office Building connected to the hospital and is the healthcare hub for the community.  There are other dentists in the building as well as a reputable Pediatric Medical practice for referrals.  

I own the suite and am willing to consider ownership split of the office if desired.  The remodel is planned for this fall.
