We are looking for an associate pediatric dentist with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, strong moral compass, and great communication skills. We are a thriving, privately-owned pediatric dental practice that provides patient-focused, compassionate, and high-quality care. We are a non-corporate and owner-operated practice committed to maintaining this model. Our practice is in the greater Charlotte area with two locations in the South Carolina suburbs of Fort Mill and Rock Hill. Fort Mill and Rock Hill are both rapidly growing with reputations as two of the most distinctive, livable areas just outside of Charlotte, NC with easy access to both the beach and the mountains.

Privately owned, non-corporate pediatric dental practice. Two doctor owners. Primary location is in Fort Mill, SC and secondary location is in Rock Hill, SC. Both are located very near Charlotte, NC. We are an established and well-respected practice that is mostly fee-for-service. We have an in-office anesthesiologist that comes one day per month. We have 15 clinical team members, many of whom have been with us for 5-10+ years and are a very dedicated and hard-working team who provide excellent care for our patients and support for our doctors. We have a busy and steady schedule and typically see around 40 patients per doctor daily so there is adequate time to spend with patients and parents while being productive. We are looking for a pediatric dentist who provides high quality care, is a great communicator, and who is committed to always doing what's right.
